My dream bed, it's super beautiful. I thought back and forth for half a year, who orders without trying it out first? But I couldn't find such a beautiful bed anywhere else, it had to be this one. We haven't regretted the purchase; it's absolutely fantastic. It's delivered by a shipping company that even offers preferred delivery dates. They are super nice and friendly, just great. The bed arrives on a disposable pallet. It's packaged extremely well, almost too well. Unpacking took longer than assembling it. There was no unpleasant smell after removing the packaging. Assembly went smoothly, and the storage compartment is already pre-assembled with the first mattress on top. A real eye-catcher and a dream to sleep in. However, it's quite high, higher than we imagined. But that's not a negative point; we are both tall and prefer it a bit higher than too low. The boards on the sides are very sturdy and solid. To access the headboard, there's even a zipper built in so you don't see the screws. They thought of everything; I would give even more stars 😅. The customer service is also very nice and helpful, even after delivery, they contacted the buyer, asking if everything is okay, if there's any damage, issues with assembly, or if there are any questions, that we can contact them anytime, and they will assist us. 👍👍👍👍👍
