Where can I choose the delivery option?
All delivery options will be displayed at checkout once you enter the delivery address, where you can select the option you prefer.
Delivery takes 1–3 business days. Can I specify a delivery date in advance if I can only accept the delivery at a later date?
Yes, that's possible. The stated delivery time of 1–3 working days corresponds to the standard delivery time for curbside delivery. Depending on the delivery method, the shipping time may be shorter or longer .
For all delivery options (except express shipping) , the shipping company will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date . After being contacted, you can select a delivery date within 7 days .
If you will only be able to accept the delivery at a later date , please inform us in advance . In this case, we can store your order in our warehouse .
During the ordering process, you have the option to leave us a message . Once you have added the product to your shopping cart and are redirected to the shopping cart overview , you will find a field for order instructions on the right-hand side . There you can specify when you can accept the goods.
Can you choose between a cold foam topper or an H4 mattress?
Yes, individual adjustments are possible.
By default, we supply our beds with an H2/H3 mattress and a viscoelastic topper. However, if you prefer an H3/H4 mattress or a cold foam topper, we are happy to make this custom-made at no extra charge . Please simply let us know during the ordering process:
After adding the product to your shopping cart, you'll be redirected to the shopping cart. There, on the right-hand side, you'll find a field for ordering information . Enter whether you'd like an H3/H4 mattress ( for one or both sides ) or a cold foam topper.

Can the headboard be shortened?
Yes, we offer a shortened headboard as a custom option for many of our beds. To ensure an optimal fit for most sloping ceilings (knee walls), we manufacture this version with a fixed height of 95 cm .
The surcharge for this adjustment is €169 including VAT.

Please note:
Due to the reduced height, the headboard design cannot be implemented in all details as in the standard version. Elements such as curves, decorative seams, and button tufting (Chesterfield) may be omitted or rendered in a simpler/more linear style .
Additionally, even if the product is shown as in stock, we cannot access our inventory for special requests. Your order will be produced individually for you. This extends the delivery time to approximately 3 weeks , as is typical for custom-made items.
Can I try out your beds?
We are a pure online shop and therefore do not have a showroom where you can try out our products. For this reason, we offer you 30 days to test the product. If you do not like it, you can return it free of charge and get the purchase price refunded.
Will the order arrive without prior notice?
No. The shipping company will contact you for each delivery to arrange a delivery date. Only express shipping will be delivered without prior appointment.

Do I have to register or can I order as a guest?
You can order from us either as a registered customer or as a guest.
Can I change my order later?
Orders cannot usually be changed retrospectively. A change is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. If you want to change your order after it has been dispatched, we will have to cancel the entire order and create a new order. Please note that in this case the delivery time starts again from the beginning.
Can I purchase items on account?
Yes, you can also conveniently purchase items from our shop on account via the payment service providers Klarna or PayPal.
