You order, we deliver – buying furniture with us is that easy. We reliably bring your new favorites straight to your home.
We offer various delivery options (selectable at checkout). From standard curbside delivery to delivery to your room of choice with assembly and packaging take-back, all the way to express curbside delivery – arrive as soon as the next business day*.

** When the product is in stock. If not, the general production time is 2 to 4 weeks.
*** Old furniture must be disassembled before the carrier arrives.
And don’t worry: if your new piece of furniture doesn’t suit your home, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product purchased from Belanoti free of charge. We will, of course, refund your purchase price afterward.
Delivery process

We hand your order over to the carrier.

The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery appointment (not for express shipping).

Your order is delivered.
After the carrier’s first contact, the delivery date can be scheduled within 6 days.
Please make sure the phone number we have on file is correct and is a mobile number, or that your email address is correct, as delivery scheduling and notifications usually take place via SMS or email.
If you plan to dispose of old items, please do so only after your order has been delivered (except when you have booked delivery including disposal).
Shipping is not handled directly by us but by our logistics partner. Therefore, we cannot directly control whether shipping proceeds smoothly or whether the steps mentioned above are followed. If any issues arise, please let us know so we can act immediately and warn the carrier to prevent a recurrence.
Business days: Monday to Friday.
If you can’t make your delivery appointment
If you have agreed to and confirmed a delivery appointment but can no longer keep it, please cancel in writing at least 3 days in advance. For short-notice cancellations, absence at the delivery address, address changes during delivery, or refusal to accept the delivery, we must charge you the incurred costs of €200.
Important notes for delivery to your room of choice (inside delivery)

Roads must be accessible by truck (3.5 t).

Entrances, passageways, and rooms must allow the new bed/product to be carried to the desired location without additional aids.

Entrances, passageways, and rooms must be clear.

The space for the new box-spring bed must be cleared before delivery.

Spiral staircases are excluded.

No construction sites.

We accept no liability for damage to parquet, carpet, laminate, PVC, vinyl, and similar flooring.

Up to the fifth floor without an elevator is included. Each additional floor will be charged with a €25 surcharge.

If these conditions are not met, the delivery will unfortunately be canceled. The resulting return shipping costs of €200 will be charged to you.
Important: Deliveries to Switzerland
We handle customs clearance and import tax (Swiss VAT). No additional costs arise for you.
Delivery times
The seller is entitled to deliver the goods within the stated delivery time.
Two weeks after the stated delivery time has been exceeded, the consumer may request in writing that the seller deliver within a reasonable period.
If the consumer has no interest in receiving delivery within the stated time, storage costs of €7 per day will apply, with a minimum of €35 for administration and handling of storage—even if the rooms are not yet available or the spatial conditions are not yet met.
Transport damage
For consumers:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such issues to the driver if possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal rights—especially your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
For business customers:
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we hand the goods over to the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or institution designated to perform the shipment. Between merchants, the inspection and notification obligations of § 377 HGB apply. If you fail to give notice as required there, the goods are deemed approved unless the defect was not detectable during inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
