How long does it take to receive my orders?

This depends on whether we have the product in stock and which delivery method you choose. If the product is in stock and you choose 'Free Curbside' as your delivery method, we can usually deliver within 2-3 working days. The exact delivery time will be shown to you during the order process at checkout.

Will the order arrive without prior notice?

No. The shipping company will contact you for each delivery to arrange a delivery date. Only express shipping will be delivered without prior appointment.
