Where can I choose the delivery option?
All delivery options will be displayed at checkout once you enter the delivery address, where you can select the option you prefer.
Can I try out your beds?
We are a pure online shop and therefore do not have a showroom where you can try out our products. For this reason, we offer you 30 days to test the product. If you do not like it, you can return it free of charge and get the purchase price refunded.
Will the order arrive without prior notice?
No. The shipping company will contact you for each delivery to arrange a delivery date. Only express shipping will be delivered without prior appointment.

Do I have to register or can I order as a guest?
You can order from us either as a registered customer or as a guest.
Can I change my order later?
Orders cannot usually be changed retrospectively. A change is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. If you want to change your order after it has been dispatched, we will have to cancel the entire order and create a new order. Please note that in this case the delivery time starts again from the beginning.
Can I purchase items on account?
Yes, you can also conveniently purchase items from our shop on account via the payment service providers Klarna or PayPal.
