Shipment

You order, we deliver – buying furniture with us is that easy. We will reliably bring your new favorite pieces to your home.

We have provided various delivery options (selectable at checkout) for you. From standard shipping (free curbside with delivery appointment agreed) to delivery to the desired location (with packaging return and delivery appointment agreed) to express shipping free curbside (delivery on the next working day*)

- Express delivery free curbside (delivery on the next working day*) - €26

- Delivery to the desired location (with packaging return and delivery appointment agreement) - €89

- Delivery to the desired location + assembly (with packaging return and delivery appointment agreement) - €124

And don't worry: If your new piece of furniture doesn't fit your home, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product you purchased from Belanoti to us free of charge . We will of course then refund you the full purchase price.


The delivery process includes the following steps:

1. Handover of your order to the shipping company

2. Contacting the shipping company to arrange a delivery date (only for standard shipping)

3. Delivery of your order


The exact date of delivery can be agreed within 6 days of contacting the shipping company.

Please make sure that the number we have on file is correct and is a mobile number or your email address, as delivery appointments and announcements are usually made via SMS or email.

If you plan to dispose of old goods, we ask that you only do so after your order has been delivered.


Shipping is not handled directly by us, but by our logistics partner. Therefore, we cannot directly check whether the shipping went smoothly and whether the previously mentioned points were carried out. If any problems arise, we ask you to report them to us so that we can act immediately and warn the shipping company so that it doesn't happen again.



*If the order arrives by 10:00 a.m., it will be delivered the next working day.

If you are unable to keep your delivery date, please note the following points:

You have promised and confirmed a delivery date: If you cannot keep your delivery date, please cancel in writing at least 3 days in advance. In the event of short-term cancellations, non-arrival or address changes during delivery or refusal of acceptance, we must charge you the cover costs of €200.

The following points must be taken into account for delivery to the apartment (delivery to the desired location):

- Paths accessible by truck. (truck 3.5 t)
- Entrances, passageways and rooms must be designed in such a way that the new bed/product can be transported to the desired location without any additional aids.
- Entrances, passageways and rooms must be cleared.
- The space for the new box spring bed must be cleared upon delivery.
- Spiral staircases are excluded.
- No construction sites.
- No liability for damage to parquet, carpet, laminate, PVC, vinyl and the like.
- Up to the fifth floor without elevator. Each additional floor incurs an additional charge of 25 euros.
- If these requirements are not met, the delivery will unfortunately be canceled. We will have to invoice you for the resulting return shipping costs of €300.

Delivery times

The entrepreneur is entitled to deliver the goods within the specified delivery time.

Two weeks after the delivery time has been exceeded, the consumer can request the entrepreneur in writing to deliver within a reasonable period of time.

If the consumer is not interested in receiving his delivery within the specified delivery time, the storage costs are €7 per day, but at least €35 for administration and handling of the storage. Even if the rooms are not yet available or the spatial requirements are not met.

Transport damage

The following applies to consumers:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

The following applies to entrepreneurs:
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the freight forwarder, the freight carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment. The obligation to inspect and report complaints regulated in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) applies to merchants. If you fail to make the notification regulated there, the goods are deemed to have been approved, unless there is a defect that was not apparent during the inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
