Shipment
You order, we deliver – buying furniture with us is that easy. We'll reliably deliver your new favorite pieces to your home.
We offer a variety of delivery options (selectable at checkout). From standard curbside delivery to delivery to your desired location with assembly and disposal, to express curbside delivery—delivery as early as the next business day*.
- Standard shipping free curbside with delivery date agreement (2-3 working days**) - FREE
- Express delivery free curbside (delivery the next working day*) - 26 €
- Delivery to the desired location with packaging return and delivery date agreement (6-10 working days**) - 139 €
- Delivery to the desired location (139 €) + assembly (49 €) + packaging return and delivery date agreement (6-12 working days**) - 188 €
- Delivery to the desired location (139 €) + Assembly (49 €) + Old Furniture Disposal*** (110 €) + Packaging Return and Delivery Appointment (6-12 working days**) - 298 €
**If we have the product in stock. If not, the general production time is 2 to 4 weeks.
*** The old furniture must be dismantled before the shipping company arrives.
And don't worry: If your new piece of furniture doesn't fit your home, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product purchased from Belanoti to us free of charge . We will then, of course, refund the purchase price.
The delivery process includes the following steps:
1. Handing over your order to the shipping company
2. Contact by the shipping company to arrange a delivery date (not for express delivery)
3. Delivery of your order
Once the shipping company contacts you, the delivery date can be agreed upon within 6 days.
Please make sure that the number you have provided to us is correct and is a mobile number or your email address, as delivery appointments and notifications are usually made via SMS or email.
If you plan to dispose of old goods, we ask that you do so only after your order has been delivered (not if you have booked delivery with disposal).
Shipping is not handled directly by us, but by our logistics partner. Therefore, we cannot directly verify whether the shipment went smoothly and whether the previously mentioned steps were taken. If any problems arise, please report them to us so that we can take immediate action and warn the shipping company to prevent this from happening again.
*If the order arrives by 10:00 am, it will be delivered the next business day.

If you are unable to keep your delivery appointment, please note the following points:
You have agreed to and confirmed a delivery date: If you are unable to meet your delivery date, please notify us in writing at least three days in advance. In the event of last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or changes of address during delivery, as well as refusal to accept the delivery, we will be required to charge you a cover charge of €200.
For delivery to your home (delivery to the desired location), the following points must be observed:
- Roads accessible by truck (3.5 t truck)
- Entrances, passageways and rooms must be designed in such a way that the new bed/product can be moved to the desired location without any additional aids.
- Entrances, passageways and rooms must be clear.
- The space for the new box spring bed must already be cleared upon delivery.
- Spiral staircases (spiral-shaped) are excluded.
- No construction sites.
- No liability for damage to parquet, carpet, laminate, PVC, vinyl and the like.
- No elevator up to the fifth floor. Each additional floor will incur a surcharge of 25 euros.
- If these requirements are not met, the delivery will unfortunately be canceled. We will have to charge you the resulting return shipping costs of €200.
Delivery times
The entrepreneur is entitled to deliver the goods within the specified delivery time.
Two weeks after the delivery time has been exceeded, the consumer may request the trader in writing to deliver within a reasonable period of time.
If the consumer is not interested in receiving their delivery within the specified delivery time, storage costs will be €7 per day, with a minimum of €35 for storage administration and handling. This applies even if the space is not yet available or the spatial requirements are not met.
Transport damage
For consumers:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
The following applies to entrepreneurs:
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the freight forwarder, carrier, or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment. Merchants are subject to the obligation to inspect and notify defects stipulated in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB). If you fail to provide the notification stipulated therein, the goods shall be deemed accepted, unless the defect was not detectable upon inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
