Where can I choose the delivery option?
All delivery options will be displayed at checkout once you enter the delivery address, where you can select the option you prefer.
Delivery time is 2-3 business days. Can I specify the delivery date in advance if I can't accept the delivery until later?
Yes, that's possible. The stated delivery time of 2–3 business days corresponds to the standard curbside delivery time. Depending on the delivery method, the shipping time may be shorter or longer .
For all delivery options (except express shipping), the carrier will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date . You can schedule a delivery date within 7 days of contacting them .
If you are unable to accept delivery until later , please inform us in advance . In this case, we can store your order in our warehouse .
During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to leave us a message . Once you have added the product to your shopping cart and are redirected to the shopping cart overview , you will find a field on the right side for order notes . There you can indicate when you can accept the goods.
Can you choose between a cold foam topper or an H4 mattress?
Yes, individual adjustments are possible.
By default, we supply our beds with an H2/H3 mattress and a viscoelastic topper. However, if you prefer an H3/H4 mattress or a cold foam topper, we are happy to make this custom-made at no extra charge . Please simply let us know during the ordering process:
After adding the product to your shopping cart, you'll be redirected to the shopping cart. There, on the right-hand side, you'll find a field for ordering information . Enter whether you'd like an H3/H4 mattress ( for one or both sides ) or a cold foam topper.
Please note:
Even if the product is shown as in stock, we cannot access our inventory for special requests. Your order will be produced individually for you. This extends the delivery time to approximately 3 weeks , as is usual for custom-made items.
Kann das Kopfteil gekürzt werden?
Ja, für viele unserer Betten bieten wir eine Kürzung des Kopfteils als Sonderanfertigung an. Um eine optimale Passform für die meisten Dachschrägen (Kniestöcke) zu gewährleisten, fertigen wir diese Variante mit einer fixen Höhe von 95 cm an.
Der Aufpreis für diese Anpassung beträgt 169 € inkl. MwSt.
Da es sich um eine Sonderbestellung handelt, legen wir diese gerne persönlich für Sie an. Kontaktieren Sie uns dazu einfach kurz per Live-Chat, E-Mail oder Telefon.
Bitte beachten Sie:
Durch die geringere Höhe kann das Kopfteil-Design nicht in allen Details wie in der Standardausführung umgesetzt werden. Elemente wie Rundungen, Ziernähte sowie Knopfsteppung (Chesterfield) entfallen ggf. oder werden schlichter/geradliniger ausgeführt.
Zusätzlich, auch wenn das Produkt als lagernd angezeigt wird, können wir bei Sonderwünschen nicht auf das Lager zurückgreifen. Ihre Bestellung wird individuell für Sie produziert. Dadurch verlängert sich die Lieferzeit auf ca. 3 Wochen, wie es bei individuell gefertigten Artikeln üblich ist.
Can I try out your beds?
We are a pure online shop and therefore do not have a showroom where you can try out our products. For this reason, we offer you 30 days to test the product. If you do not like it, you can return it free of charge and get the purchase price refunded.
Will the order arrive without prior notice?
No. The shipping company will contact you for each delivery to arrange a delivery date. Only express shipping will be delivered without prior appointment.

Do I have to register or can I order as a guest?
You can order from us either as a registered customer or as a guest.
Can I change my order later?
Orders cannot usually be changed retrospectively. A change is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. If you want to change your order after it has been dispatched, we will have to cancel the entire order and create a new order. Please note that in this case the delivery time starts again from the beginning.
Can I purchase items on account?
Yes, you can also conveniently purchase items from our shop on account via the payment service providers Klarna or PayPal.
