Where can I choose the delivery option?
All delivery options will be displayed at checkout once you enter the delivery address, where you can select the option you prefer.
Delivery time is 2-3 business days. Can I specify the delivery date in advance if I can't accept the delivery until later?
Yes, that's possible. The stated delivery time of 2–3 business days corresponds to the standard curbside delivery time. Depending on the delivery method, the shipping time may be shorter or longer .
For all delivery options (except express shipping), the carrier will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date . You can schedule a delivery date within 7 days of contacting them .
If you are unable to accept delivery until later , please inform us in advance . In this case, we can store your order in our warehouse .
During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to leave us a message . Once you have added the product to your shopping cart and are redirected to the shopping cart overview , you will find a field on the right side for order notes . There you can indicate when you can accept the goods.
Can you choose between a cold foam topper or an H4 mattress?
Yes, individual adjustments are possible.
By default, we supply our beds with an H2/H3 mattress and a viscoelastic topper. However, if you prefer an H3/H4 mattress or a cold foam topper, we are happy to make this custom-made at no extra charge . Please simply let us know during the ordering process:

Please note:
Even if the product is shown as in stock, we cannot access our inventory for special requests. Your order will be produced individually for you. This extends the delivery time to approximately 3 weeks , as is usual for custom-made items.
Can I try out your beds?
We are a pure online shop and therefore do not have a showroom where you can try out our products. For this reason, we offer you 30 days to test the product. If you do not like it, you can return it free of charge and get the purchase price refunded.
Will the order arrive without prior notice?
No. The shipping company will contact you for each delivery to arrange a delivery date. Only express shipping will be delivered without prior appointment.

Hierzu zählte insbesondere der telefonische Kontakt mit einem Mitarbeiter, der stets für uns erreichbar und mit Rat und Tat sehr kompetent behilflich war. Das Bett ist in Form, Funktion und Bequemlichkeit einfach super. Ein Bett in dieser Art haben wir lange gesucht und bei der Firma Belanoti endlich gefunden! Schon nach der ersten Nacht in diesem Bett fühlten wir uns wie auf "Wolke 7"

Ich schlafe schon seit einer Woche in diesem Bett und bin sehr zufrieden.Eine kaputte Fernbedienung mit Sensor wurde uns sofort ausgetauscht und für einen winzigen Riss im Stoff einer Matratze haben wir 100,00 € Rabatt erhalten.Der Kontakt zum Verkäufer war sehr angenehm, sie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles konnte schnell geregelt werden.Das Bett ist sehr schön und gemütlich, allerdings verrutschen die Topper beim Schlafen.Daran sollte noch etwas gearbeitet werden, das Hindernis ist doch bestimmt abzuschaffen.Auf jeden Fall ist das Bett ein Traum und mit gutem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen.
